Previewsworld confirmed that Charmed #5 is the final issue. The description says "the first story arc", so let's hope for a second one!

The same was happening to Paige, as shown by the Power of Three being one of the first things to be removed from her. She would’ve died in time, but before she could, the Athame was destroyed – and thus, destroying the object drawing out and destroying her soul. If it hadn’t been, we can assume she would have died within moments from where we left her. That’s why she doesn’t have a great deal of her most recent memories when we catch up with her a little later." Link
